quack.space is was a location-based file sharing tool for conveniently sharing non-sensitive files with strangers around you. Particularly useful for sharing lecture notes and slides with your audience, or quickly transferring files across OSes and devices to strangers without needing to exchange permissions on a proprietary (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive) protocol. All you need is a HTML5 geolocation-enabled web browser. No logins, no app installation, no nonsense. Built in 2 hours, powered by MongoDB and Flask (Python), running on Heroku.

quack.space is no longer active. One day Google Chrome suddenly decided to consider it is a malicious website and block it, so all users were lost. Attempts to contact Google about the issue resulted in no reply. Thanks Google!
